District Number One consists of the remaining 25 -counties with the representations rep-resentations given in the State Convention Con-vention call, total delegates 323 Th business of these Conventions will be to nominate a candidate for Congress from each District, select Congressional Committees and transact trans-act such other business as may properly prop-erly conic before these Conventions. The basis of Congressional representations repre-sentations will be the same as for the State Nominating Convention, tin-same tin-same delegates being privileged to serve for both Conventions, or a separate sep-arate set of delegates may be chosen, as each County may elect.
