Holther, commander of the Herman Baker post No 9 of the American l.epion since its organization In Qgdbn, last night resigned as post leader and simultaneously announc d his candidacy In the race for county attorney, The resignation Is in line with the constitution of the legion' which provides that no officer may! hold political office.
