Luncheon was served at noon In the bowery for the pioneer gui-sis and later a program was rendered consisting con-sisting of selections by the orchestra under tho direction of Clarence Hawkins Haw-kins and speeches by Qovernor Simon Bamberger and President Hcbcr J.
