Immediate appropriation by congress of a $50, 000.000 food credit for the relief of central European countries "is urged ia a cable message received here today by John McHugh, chairman of the commerce and marino committee of the American Bankers' association. TJie message,, was from Fred I. Kent, a member of the committee, who for the past seven months has been studying study-ing conditions iu Europe. The credit should be granted by special spe-cial order. Mr. Kent stated, adding tha'.
