Show GEORGE . LOWE CO, PROVIDES MSUMMGE FDR EMPLOYES The George A. Lowe company of Og-! Og-! den has completed arrangements whereby its employes have been pro- vided with life Insurance as an evl-j dence of the company's appreciation of the value of loyalty, co operation and continued service. The insurance became offective January 2, last. All employes who have been with the company not less than six months will receive a life Insurance In-surance certificate in the amount of $500. Those employes of the company jvho are married and who have been with the company one year, will receive re-ceive a similar certificate In the amount of $1000. Now employes are entitled to share in the benefits of this plan after six months' continuous employment with the concern. This insurance continues in force as long as the employe remains with the 'company, although he may continue it at his own expense In case he should leave the employ of the firm. It is without expense to the employes, the entire cost being borne by the George A. Lowe company, and thisjn addition! to whatever other benefits may be provided pro-vided for by law The insurantfe plan provides benefits bene-fits In case of not only death, but alsot in disability. If an employe becomes totally and permanently disabled before be-fore reaching the age of 60, the full amount of his insurance will bo paid t& him In monthly or annual instalments, instal-ments, according to any one of several plans which he may choose. If death occurs during this period, the remaining instalments will be paid to the beneficiary. |
