Show American Grave Service Opens Headquarters PARIS. March 13. The American Grave Registration service in Europe has opened headquarters at No. S Avenue Ave-nue D'lena. Colonel ' Harry T. Reth-ers. Reth-ers. represents the war department in preparing for the return to America of the bodies of soldiers and associated associat-ed military personnel, tho return of which has been requested by next of kin.
