(By the Associated Press ) -The Baltic Mates conference at Dor- n pat has been advised that Finland has decided to aid General Yudenitch with 30,000 olunteers in a new attempt to take Petrograd within the next few weeks. This development may seriously interfere in-terfere with and perhaps speedily bring to an end the efforts of ihe Baltic states' delegates here to reach an agreement with the Russian Bolshevik Bolshe-vik i.
