The undersigned Treasurer nf Ogden Og-den City, Utah, hereby gives no'icf-that no'icf-that a Special Tax :or the purpose ;' paying the costs of building asphalt paving, curbs and gutters, private driveways, sidewalks, drainage and ir rigaiion systems, etc , in Paving District Dis-trict No. 129 in Ogden City. Utah, nas been levied and confirmed by an Or dldnnce of the Board of CummlSS'on ers of Ogden City, Utah, adopted and passed September 30. 1919, and pub Ushed October 1. 1919.
