Show - - - - - - - - - ; - mm impff and Luxmy Altemte in Evening wns for the Vinir "VN'E of the most striking o f the evening gowns shown above is that to the extreme left, a beautiful model in salmon and bold brocaded ribbon, with gold net over salmon satin. To the right is a simple frock which may be used both lor evening oi afternoon dances It is practically without trimming, except foi red taffeta plaited flounces on either side. The frock itself is of red duvetyn. Another evening dress of much simplicity is that in the middle of the group. Th is is of blue velvet and is made with a vest and an odd trimming of black satin. Next to the model on the extreme right is shown a most fetching gown which combines a skirt of gold tissue woven in black with a narrow corsage, train and side loops of black velvet. W The model at the right of the group is adaptable for both evening and afternoon wear. Its fichu effect gains a remarkable softness of ensemble. The gown is developed de-veloped in black satin meteor, white net fichu and wide, flowing cuffs ol the same material. |
