Show NOTICE TO WATER USERS. State Engineer's Office, Salt Lake City, Utah, Oct 1, 1919. Notice is hereby given that Jacob Nellson, of Ogden, Utah, has made .ip-pllcatlon .ip-pllcatlon in accordance with the requirements re-quirements of the Complied Laws of Utah. 1917, as amended by tho Session Ses-sion Laws hi 1 tah, 1919. to appropriate appropri-ate three (3) second-feet of water from the Weber river through the Island Stream during the high water Si ason and from the Rush and Walker Sloughs during the low water season. In Weber county Said water will be diverted by means of an earth inni with spillway of cement construnl in iho natural channel of the stream ' from the sloughs and located it a point near the north line of the NT w nv i4 of Section 31. Township 6 North. Range 2 West. Salt Lake Bas" and Meridian, the center of which will be 1656 ft. west from the N1; cjrner I of said Section 31. The water will b ! conveyed in a ditch for a distance of i 3052 5 ft. and therp used from May I 20 to Oct. 1 of each year to irrigate 120 acres of land embraced in tho SWH SW',.
