CAOSE IS IT K II OWN The death of Miss Donna Wyona 'a. vert at the Dee hospital from typhoid, reveals the fact that sbe was one of five patients in that institution suffer ing of that disease. None of the cases have been reported report-ed as such to the city board of health except that one one in which death has resulted. "Physicians ana directors of hospitals hospit-als are warned that typhoid feer is one of the diseases which must be immediately im-mediately reported to this office1 said Sanitary Inspector George Shorten this morning. Asked if it were true that th waters of Ogden river ,have been used to help ou the city supply of drinking water, Mr. Shorten said no. "What has happened hap-pened is that some people have contracted con-tracted the disease while on camping trips. They have taken drinks ol the water int the Weber river into which' much sewage flows." |
