Mr. Garver's duties at H the present time consist in coming to the aid of headquarters with regard to ffl applicants for positions under the w "Red Triangle" with advice as to the ' j personal and other fitness of candi- J I dates from this district. I Mr. Garver announces that a mlstak g en notion is abroad that, because the armistice is signed, tho work of the H "Red Triangle" must cease.
