Show TOURS, Tuesday, Dec. 10 Major-General Major-General Jamos G. Harbourd, head of the supply service of the American expeditionary forces, and his aides, Captain R. Norris Williams II of Philadelphia, Phil-adelphia, former national lawn tennis champion, and Captain Fielding Robinson Rob-inson of Norfolk, Va., were decorated with the French war cross by General Requlchot of the French army. General Harbourd and his aides received re-ceived decorations for distinguished service in the second battle of the Marne, where General Harbourd commanded com-manded a brlgado of marines. Captain Williams and Captain Robinson served under him as lieutenants, the latter being in the field artillery before entering en-tering the marine corps. When General Gen-eral Harbourd took over the work ofi the supply service he took his aides! with him. I |
