Show HOMEY BITS OP NEWS . FOR SOLDIER BOYS FROM OGDEK A soldiers' letter called "The Passing Pass-ing Times," published monthly and sponsored by The Women of American Ameri-can Patriots, Is soon to be circulated in all cantonments or wherever an Ogden soldier may be. Mrs. J. G-. Falck is the mother of the movement. It has as Its purpose, primarily, pri-marily, the morale of Ogden boys at the front, and secondarily, to send "homey bits of news" that may be of Interest for reflective moments when thoughts are homeward. The appointments thus far are Mrs. Roscoe Glasmann, business managor. Miss Marlane Browning, captain of the news gatherers, while her lieutenants lieu-tenants are to be representatives of every social, industrial, fraternal and church organization of tho city. The editor-in-chief is Mrs. Philip Knisely who later will announce the different departments. Any news of interest to any soldier boy will be appreciated, if sent to the captain, at 2723 Washington avenue, or telephoned to 1713. nn |
