Show WEBER COLLEGE IS A LARGE ATTENDANCE THIS YEAR Classes at Weber Normal College were held today for the first time. According to report from the school the enrollment at tills lime Is heavier than at any other .opening week. There are approximately. 300 students now registered and taking class work. A devotional period was held this morning in the college auditorium at which the new teachers of the Insti- tution spoke to the students and the students met all the teachers. Ad-, dresses wero given by Principal 0en; F. Bcal, Mrs. McKay, Miss Rich, Prof. I E. M. Reld, Prof. Blaylock and Prof. Tanner. The enrollment will be considerably increased it Is expected when the farm work in the county is finished, as many young men and women have to remain until the harvest is in before starling to school. |
