Show MAN ID' WIFE ARE THROWN FROM J BUGGY Mr. and Mrs. Stewart Anderson of Roy were thrown from their buggy on the viaduct Monday night, about 11:46 o'clock, when the rig was struck by r.n automobile, said to have been driven by Stanley Schultz, 243S B avenue, West Ogden. Schultz was said to hae driven his car in an unnatural manner and, after the accident, was arrested and lodged in the city Jail pending the outcome of the injuries which Mr and Mrs. Anderson received. He is said to have become boisterous and to have resisted being placed in the police car when Detective Grant Syphers told him he was under arrest. After the accident, Mr. and Mrs. Anderson were taken to tho homo of Robert Moves, 2S64 Lincoln avenue, ' where an examination was made by Dr. G. G. Moyes. It was reported that Mrs. Anderson had probably been seriously ser-iously injured Internally and she sustained sus-tained cuts on the head. Anderson was severely, shaken up and received a large gnsh ovr his eyes. When the machine struck the buggy both occupants were thrown out. Mrs. Anderson being rendered unconscious. According to tho victims of the accident, ac-cident, they were driving west along the viaduct, after spending an evening , In the city, when they were approach ed by Schultz in a Maxwell car. The man was driving In an erratic manner, they said, and when near them the . machine suddenly veered and crashed into the side of their light rig. |
