Troelstra, the Dutch Socialist leader, who recently was refused admission to England on he ground that he had Gorman sympathies, announces that he conferred Friday with Freiderich Ebert, chairman of the Social-Democratic party in the German roichstag, and that Ebert declared: "If the liberations of the Prussian upper house as I assume will fail to lead to equal suffrage and If the government gov-ernment should not dissolve the diet, we should adopt an attitude of sharpest sharp-est opposition to the government." |
