Show Draft Evaflers to Have Cases Heard At Camp Grant ROCKFORD, 111., Nov. 24 Camp Grant is to become a bastile of all conscientious objectors and draft evad-res evad-res in camps of tho central department, depart-ment, military officials auuounced to day.
