All members of the various organizations of the church are also urged to attend Sunday school tomor- STUDIO RECITAL. : A delightful studio recital was en- Joyed last Saturday afternoon, when Miss Minnie Brown presented several 1 of her pupils, who gave a number of pleasing readings before fellow students, stu-dents, parents and friends. Miss Frances Marsh proved her -ability as a reader as well as a pianist in her two numbers, "Her Man Friday" and "The Highwayman," after which Miss Bernice Harding recite'd "Little Boy Blue" and "The Pickpocket." Pick-pocket." Two children's songs, "Lavender "Laven-der Blue" and "Solomon Grundy," were given in an interesting manner by Miss Jean Warner. These two were followed by Miss Burford Johnson John-son in "The Selfish Giant" and "A Quie't Afternoon." j Miss Brown's studio was fittingly) decorated for the occasion In true Hal- lowe'en style and attractive souvenirs of bookmarkers in Hallowe'en effect were presented each studenL Miss Brown is planning a public recital later in the season, which will be looked forward to with interest by a large number. FOR MISS AGNES JUDE. Mrs. Henry Becker entertained at a parcel shower in honor of Miss Agnes Jude, who is to be the bride of Mr. Harvey Richardson this month. The home was beautifully beau-tifully decorated with chrysanthemums chrysanthe-mums and roses. A delightful evening was spent, refreshments being served about midnight. Miss Jude received re-ceived many beautiful and useful gifts. Those present were Renske Bolkway, Ida Riley, Ethel Bateman, Lily Bate-man, Bate-man, Peka Bolkway, Lucy Bateman, Ruth Burton, Dlna Van Leewen. Jude. f ENJOYABLE HALLOWE'EN EVENT I Miss June Higginbotham, daughter I of Mr. and Mrs. J. S. Higginbotham, entertained a number of her friends . at her residence, 230 Twenty-third t street, at a Hallowe'en party Wednesday Wednes-day evening. The houso wns very prettily decorated for the occasion with colors for Hallowe'en season, and a very enjoyable evening was spent In games, pranks, ghost stories, fortune telling by genuine ghosts and fortune tellers, music and dancing, after which an excellent dinner was 3erved by the hostess. Those present were the Misses Grace Stone, Thelma Stone, Nena Schupe, Myrtle Peterson, Marvel Cave, Helen Carpenter, Thelma Higginbotham, Higgin-botham, Leona Johnson, Ruth Paulson, Thelma Stevens, Dena Vanleeuwen, Katherine Crowley, Madeline Quilli-nan. Carpenter. ' EAGLES GIVE HALLOWE'EN Thursdav evening in. their new home the Ogden' Aerie No. 118, F. O.
