Davis, 2S56 Grant avc-nue, avc-nue, this city, is now in France. The young man is a member of the 355th Aero" Squadron and has progressed splendidly since his enlistment in the EDWIN F. DAVIS Edwin F. Davis, the second son of Mr. and Mrs. Davis is a second class seaman at San Pedro, California, where he has been stationed for some time. Mr. Davis says he is enjoying life in the navy immensely. HAROLD R. DAVIS The third son of Mr and Mrs. P. E. Davis, Harold 11. Davis, also proved himself a patriot when he enlisted recently re-cently in the navy. Mr. Davis is very well known. in Ogden whero he was employed in the Marshall Drug Storo before his enlistment. He is now a first class H. A. and is stationed at Cavite, Philippine Islands for tho present. His wife, formerly Miss Mildred Mil-dred Doty, recently returned from the coast and is making her home with her parents until after the war. oo I .,;,...m,u.,.j,, .... , HOWARD C. BECKETT Howard C. Beckett, well-known Ogden young man is now with the majority. He is a member of the G2nd Infantry C. E., at Camp Fremont, California Cal-ifornia and is ono of tho most enthusiastic en-thusiastic young men in tho army. Mr. Beckett is tho son 'of Mr. and Mrs. H. W. Beckett of Ogden and is also the son-in-law of Mr. and Mrs. P. E. Davis, his wife formerly being Miss Beatrice Davis. Mr. Beckett left Ogden the 25th of July this year ahd was stationed at Camp Lewis for somo time before leaving for the California camp. His company is expected to leave for France In tho near future. |
