Lee Moy, H who is said to be highly educated, was arrested September 30 on a technical H charge of entering tho country without H a permit and sent to Ellis Island. He admitted that he took the girl to Pek- ing, China, and told where she might H bo found in Chicago. The address he H named here was found to be a vacant H Young Settlement Worker H Miss Coller was a settlement work- lf er and the daughter of a wealthy New York manufacturer.
