Show PLEAD IT GUILTY !! MITUTI CASE A plea of not guilty of violating the state sanitary laws was entered by Robinson and Clark, proprietors of the slaughter house on West Twenty-first street, this morning, through their attorney, at-torney, John G. Willis. The hearing was set for Wednesday, Oct. 24. Tho case is the result of conditions that were found when Waller E. Boy-den, Boy-den, the state sanitary inspector, in company with George Shorten, city sanitary inspector made an inspection of the slaughter house. |
