Williamson started action against tho company March, 1916, and claimed that on June 14, 1912, ho was seriously injured whon thrown against a railing when boarding board-ing a car. The original judgment given In tho district court was in Williamson's William-son's favor but tho supremo court now dismisses that and remands tho enso I to tho district court for a now trial. Dog Taxes The City Dog Tax collector col-lector filed a report for tho week at the commissioner's meeting this morning morn-ing which shows 515.60 collected for taxes on seven dogs, one at $3.50 and six at $2. Tho report showed that five dogs bad been killed. One was killed at the request of tho owner and four for running without muzzles. Mr. and Mrs. J. C.
