HEAVY Liberty bond canvassers, committee commit-tee members and all people engaged In working for the fourth loan were today asked by the central committee to exert every effort to get in all subscriptions sub-scriptions this week so that more time need not be used on the loan. If a concerted effort is put forth it is thought this can be easily done and the need of time at present Is so great that it is thought necessary to extend the subscribing over the full three weeks. People who contemplate subscribing sub-scribing for bonds arc also urged to do it Immediately Instead of waiting until the last' minute. There havo been few large corporations corpora-tions subscriptions thus far in the campaign. The Ogden Clearing House association has rechecked the subscriptions sub-scriptions which have been made over the bank counters and has reported that the full amount taken in the three days since tho opening of the campaign cam-paign amounts to $688,600.
