Beckett, Sr., will havo charge of the federal free employment bureau which will bo established in Ogden about the first of March. Mr. Beckett will have offices in the New Brigham hotel building, Wall avenue and Twenty -fourth street. A similar agency will bo established in Salt Lako City. The now federal official is secretary of the Ogden Carpenters' union and is qualified in every particular for the place. His supervision of the employment employ-ment bureau assures the best possible possi-ble results. Heretofore, tho federal labor bureau has had no offices in Utah, the work having been done through the immigration officials at Salt Lake City. nn
