Show AN ORDINANCE. Prohibiting the Exposure of Gambling Tables or Implements in a Room Barred or Barricaded or Protectod in Any Manner to Make It Difficult of Access or Ingress to Police Officers, Of-ficers, or the Visiting of a Room ' Barred or Barricaded or Protected in Any Manner to Make it Difficult of Access or Ingress to Police, in Which Gambling Tables or Implements Imple-ments are Exhibited or Exposed. Be it ordained by the Board of Commissioners Com-missioners of the City of Ogden, as follows: Section 1. It shall be unlawful for any person within the limits of the City of Ogden to exhibit or expose to view in any .barred or barricaded house or room, or in any place built or pro-" tected in a manner to make It difficult diffi-cult of access or ingress to police officers, of-ficers, any cards, dice, dominoes, fan-tan fan-tan tabic or lay-out or any part of such lay-out, or any gambling implements imple-ments or devices whatsoever. Section 2. It shall be unlawful for any person within the limits of the City of Ogden to visit or resort to any such barred or barricaded house or room or other place built or protected In a manner to make it difficult of access ac-cess or ingress to police officers, where any cards, dice, dominoes, fan-tan fan-tan tables or layout, or any part' of such layout, or any gambling implements imple-ments or devices whatsoever are exhibited ex-hibited or exposed to vIqw. Section 3. Even' person who shall violate any of the provisions of this ordinance shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor, and upon conviction ihereof shall be punished by a fine nol to exceed Two Hundred and Ninety-Nine Ninety-Nine ($299.00) Dollars, or by imprisonment impris-onment in the city jail for a period of not exceeding six months, or by both such fine and Imprisonment. Section -1. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict with this ordinance ord-inance are hereby repealed. Section 5. In the opinion of the Board of Commissioners it is necessary neces-sary to the peace, safety and health of the city that this ordinance become effective Immediately. Section 6.
