Show WE MUST DO OUR PART. A bushel of wheat or a peck of po tatoes raised In Utah by noys of the Junior Home Guard will go just as far in feeding the British and French armies, who are sacrificing their lives for the cause for which we have declared de-clared war, as will a bushel of wheat or a peck of potatoes raised in Nebraska, Ne-braska, in Ohio, in England or in France. While the British and French soldiers sol-diers are in the trenches and on the battlo fields of France, fighting for world-wide democracy, we must see that they do not go hungry and that they are supplied with the munitions of war. Great Britain, France and Russia say they are willing to furnish the men to do the fighting, if the United States will furnish the food and money for munitions. A mighty generous gen-erous offer on their part and wo should accept It most graciously and promptly. |
