He Instructed Mohlman to watch tho back door while he went to the front door. Opening this with the expectation ex-pectation of facing a six-shooter in tho hands of a desperate bandit he was greeted with a "surprise." It didn't take the officer long to adapt himself to tho situation and soon was the principal merrymaker. Thoso present, at tho affair were: Sergeant and Mrs. O. H Mohlman, Sergeant and Mrs. Blackburn, Officer Naylln and -wife, Mr. and Mrs. Jess Fowler, Mr. and Mrs. Charles Revoll, Mr. and Mrs. Joseph Wintle and Detective and Mrs. Moore. At the next meeting will occur the annual election of officers. GUESTS FROM IMPERIAL VALLEY. Mrs. George H. Woolliscroft and baby daughter, Mabel Ellen, arrived yesterday from Imperial to make an extended visit with Mr. and Mrs. Merlin Mer-lin J. Stone and family.
