Show REAR LIGHTS MUST BE KEPT BURNING OH AUTOS War was declared on violators of the ordinance regarding tho burning of rear lights on autos this morning, when Judge Barker announced that from this date, all violators would bo assessed as-sessed a nominal fine. If this does not do the work, a substantial fine will be imposed. There have been from two to six cases in court every morning for the offense and it is the belief of the judge that a great many of them are due to carelessness. Tho innocent will have to suffer with the guilty till there are no violations of the ordinance. This morning two caseB came before be-fore the court. They were L. Krimes and C. A. Lockwood, who woro allowed allow-ed to go, with the announcement that war was declared and that in the future fu-ture they would not get off so easy. |
