Show JOHN G. LiWFORD DIES IT LOCAL HOSPITAL . John G. Linford. of Kaysville, Davis county, died at 1 a. m. this morning at tho Dee hospital following an operation op-eration for an acute attack of theroid goiter. He had boen ill about six weeks and finally came to tho local Institution for treatment. An X-ray examination showed a critical situation situa-tion and tho operation was performed. Mr. Linford, weakened by the effect of suffering, was unable to withstand the operation and succumbed at 1 o'clock. He Is survived by his wlfo and six children, parents and a largo number of brothers and sisters, among them Prof. James H. Linford of Logan Lo-gan Agricultural college. Mr. Linford was born in Kaysville, the son of James H and Zella Crockett Linford and was -19 years old at the time of death. Funeral sorvlccB will bo held In tho KayBvillo meeting houso Monday at 2 p. ra. Floral pieces may be loft at the Larkin funeral chapel until 11 a. m Monday when they will bo taken to Kaysvlilo with tho body. oo |
