The official returns I show some oddities in pluralities. Da-I Da-I vis secured a lead of 13 in the first I ; county on the list carried by him, I ; Adams, and 13 in the last county he I carried, "Washington. I j Custer county gave Alexander a plu- :' ' rality of 349 and Franklin county gave I Davis the same plurality. The small-I small-I ,! est and the largest pluralities were '; won by the governor 3 in Bonneville I ' county and 80G in Shoshone. I The vote on supreme court justice I was tabulated as follows: Rice, 2G.663; I ; Dunn, 18,048, or about 33 per cent of I . the total vote that was cast, showing I "' a serious falling off in the non-partisan vote, due, it is claimed, to the Isolated 'I position of the non-partisan column on I ; the ballot. I ; On secretary of state the vote was II as follows: Dougherty, 60,735; Barker, I ! 58,121; and on state auditor, Van Deu-II Deu-II sen, G0,G27; Lewis, 58.613. ' nn |
