Show NOTICE OF INTENTION. Notice Is hereby given by the Board ni Commissioners of Ogden Citv, Utah, of the Intention of said Board to make the following described improvements, im-provements, to-wlt; To create MadiBon Avenue from the south side of Twenty-fifth Street to the north aide of Twenty-eighth Street as a paving district, and to pave therein with two Inches of asphalt as-phalt on a six-Inch concrete foundation, founda-tion, between gutters, together with the necessary grading and excavating excavat-ing thereof, and to defray the whole of the coat thereof, estimated at $23,-472 $23,-472 by a local assessment upon the lots and pieces of ground lying and being within the following district, being the district to be affected and benefited by said improvements, viz: I All the land lying between the out- er boundary lines of said street and a line drawn fifty feet outward from and parallel to the said outer boundary bound-ary lines, being Lots 1, 7, 8, 9, and 10, Block 1. Lots 1 and 10, Block 14; and Lots 1. 7, 8. 9. and 10, Block 15; all in Plat "A." Ogden City Sur-vey. Sur-vey. Also, on Lots 5 and 6, Block 2 Lots 2, 3, 4, 5 and 6, Block 3; and Lots 5 and 6; Block 6; all in Plat "B " Ogden City Survey. All protests and objections to the carrying out of such Intention must be presented in writing to the City Recorder on or before the 1st day of May, 1915, at 10 o'clock a, m., that being the time set by said Board ot Commissioners when they will hear and consider such objections as may be made thereto, at the Mayor's office, of-fice, at the City Hall, Ogden City, Utah.
