Show Real Offender Not Arrested So Terry and Hardy Go Free In the case of the City vs. Jack Terry and J. F. Hardy was dismissed this morning by the municipal court judge on motion of the assistant city attorney. The two men were charged with disturbing the peace by fighting but the testimony introduced was to the effect that Terry had been assaulted as-saulted and beaten by Ed Hardy and that neither defendant was guilty of any offense. Martin Kelly and George Maten. plain drunks, were given five-day suspended sentences and B. M Drls-coll Drls-coll was given a 90-day suspended sentence. Drlscoll was arrested last night at 2165 Reeves avenue by Patrolman Pa-trolman Walter Marlln on the charge of drunkenness and disturbing the peace. He pleaded guilty to the charge. R. Fuller, charged with riding a bicvele on the sidewalk, forfeited $3 ball. on |
