HEIRS TO ESTATE OF JAMES MACK OF OH In the estate of James Mack, deceased, de-ceased, James M. Mack has petitioned the district court asking for the probating pro-bating of a will, stating that the petitioner pe-titioner and Mary E. Mack Flshburn, S. L. Mack Fishburn, Moses Thatcher, Henry M. Mack and Charles W. Mack were named as executors, and that those living are willing to servo in that capacity. It Is related, however, that Moses Thatcher is dead. It Is stated in the petition that Mr. Mack died in Ogden, December 27, 1915, leaving ail estate valued at about $75,000 and not to exceed $100,000. The will was not attached 'to the petition, pe-tition, but It was said It was executed January 20, 1S94. The petition also gives the information that there are ton heirs to tho estate, the widow, five sons and four daughters. rvi
