Ernatrom, and Margaret P. Brown seeks divorce from Jtoroni Brown on the grounds of cruelty. Mrs. Ernstrom Btates that she was married November 27, 1907, and that they have two children, the care and custody of whom she seeks. She says that Mr. Ernstrom deserted the home October 11, 1909, without just cause or excuse. She asks for $25 a month alimony. Mrs. Brown avers that she was married mar-ried to the defendant January 24, 1907, and that they have two children. Sho says that Mr. Brown has a high temper and that he has beon In the habit of using bad language. She claims that in July, 1914, Mr. Brown pushed her against the wall of the house and Injured her. It Is also said by the plaintiff that on Christmas night of this year the defendant struck hor In the face and threatened to kill her, and that she fled from him in her night clothes. She asks for the care and custody of the children chil-dren costs of suit and attorney fees, and for reasonable alimony. |
