Show TIMOTHY C. HOYT , MS POSITION Timothy C Hoyt has resigned his, position in the lands department of tho forest service and will take up the practice of law in Ogden. Ills resignation resig-nation will take effect May 1, and he will be succeeded by C. N. Woods who has been associated with Homer E. Fenn In the grazing department. Mr Hoyt came to Ogden at the organization or-ganization of district No. 4 and has been a resident of the city since that time, He was first engaged as assistant as-sistant In the law department and afterwards af-terwards transferred to the lands de-. partment, where he has since worked. During the past year or more he has given service in land classification matters. It Is" Intimated that he may be a candidate for the nomination for congress on the Republican ticket. His name was mentioned two years ago by some of his friends from Kane county where ho was born. |
