Show oo LIQUOR CASE TO GO TO I JURY I wm The trial of George C. Foley, joint proprietor with T. S Feeney of the Falsfaff cafe, was taken up today before be-fore Judge W. H. Reeder, Jr.. of th9 municipal court. The defendant is charged with violating the city liquor laws, by selling liquor after 0 p. m. The complaining witness in the case is Detective H. C. Peterson. When the case was called. Attorney Attor-ney Harcombe requested a jury lr!;;l The request was granted, but although al-though nearly 20 prospective jurymen had been examined, up until a late hour this afternoon, a jury had not been secured. on |
