BRYAN TO ASK FOR REPARATION Washington, Jan 7.- State depart' ment officials today began preparing a note to Great Britain, asking for reparation for the families of Charles Dorsch and Walter Smith, tho two Americans fired upon by Canadian troops, while duck hunting in the Niagara river The representations, which will be transmitted to the British Brit-ish embassy this week, will also ask that the Canadian troopers be punished.
