Show CAUGHT WIN STOLEN GOODS For stealipg two raincoats, one the property of George Alvord and the other owned by George Lucas, and a blue Ferge small coat, belonging to Alvord, John Flannlgan was sentenced In the municipal court this morning to serve fifteen days In jail. The coats were stolen from the Lucas Auto company's garage yesterday and Flannigan was arrested by Patrolman William Brown with two of them in his possession. C. A. Brown was found guilty of drunkenness and disturbing the peace and given the alternative of paying a S10 fine or of serving ten dayB in jail. He was arrested on lower Twenty-fifth street last night by Detectives Robert Burk and Robert Chambers. There being no particularly bad circumstances cir-cumstances in the cases of John Kelly, Kel-ly, Dick Gall, Joe Farr, J. Craugh and J. P. McGraw, the defendants, who pleaded guilty to charges of drunkenness, drunk-enness, were given suspended sentences. |
