D Kline, manager of the Ogden, Ixigan & Idaho Railway company ad-dresRed ad-dresRed a letter to the city commissioners commis-sioners this morning stating that the D. H, Peery estate has offered suf-licient suf-licient land for the opening of Lincoln avenue from Ogden river to Seventeenth Seven-teenth streot, with the understanding that his company shall grade it from curb to curb, according to plans and surveys that may be made by the engineer en-gineer of the cltv. He wrote that his company is ready to do the grading as soon as the survey of the street can be made, and urged that it be done i Immediately , as the company la plan- 1 ning to build its interurban electric car line along the avenue before April L It is said that the engineering department de-partment will lose no time in defining the curb lines, as the commissioners are eager to have the Linco'n avenue extension made at an early date The ' steel bridge across the river, recently constructed by the Ogden-Logan com-, pany, Is so arranged that the city ' m.iv at any time, construct a wagon bridge on the west side.
