Show Society LEAVE FOR COAST. Mrs, George L Maule and sisters Mrs. A. Lambrecht and Mrs. L Griffin Grif-fin of Montana will leave for Callfor-j nia tomorrow to spend the summer. TO RESIDE IN SALT LAKE. Mr. and Mrs. F. Earl West and daughter Rao, formerly of 32S Thirty-second Thirty-second street, moved to Salt Lake City yesterday. Mr West hs for the past ulue years been employed as a traveling salesman for the John Scowcroft & Sons company, covering tho state of Nevada, from the Utah border, io Reno, southern and eastern east-ern Utah and contiguous territory in Colorado and Wyoming-. This work on the road has given him a wide acquaintance among the business men iu the territory he has covered and he is considered one of the most popular traveling men of the state. His removal to Salt Lake City was occasioned by his being promoted pro-moted to take charge of the branch house of the John Scowiroft & Sons company located in that city Mr. West was born and raised in Ogden and has a wide circle of relatives and friends here who will miss him, but who doubtless wish him well In his new field of commercial activity He is a member of the Ogden Tabernacle Tab-ernacle '-hoir. possessing one of the most promising tonor voices in this part of the state and this talent has ii largely responsible for his popularity pop-ularity among all his acquaintances Mrs West, who was formerly Georgie Bradshaw of Wellsvllle, also has many friends here who will mis6 her in a social way. Miss Beta West, daughter of Mrs Sadie West and sister sis-ter of Mr. West, accompanied the family to Salt Lake and will visit with them for the next two weeks. |
