oo EXPECT SPEEDY RISE IN PRICES Mobile, Ala.. Feb 1. Twenty-two cargoes of lumber wore cleared from Mobile for foreign ports during the first 16 days of January according to tho latest available figures. Largo shipments in sailing vessels have been made to Cenoa Italy, aud a number of steamships have carried lumber and timber to the Clyde river. South and Central American countries and Cuba and other West Indian islands have taken their share. Lumber dealers are optimistic, seeing see-ing a speedy rise in prices.
