Show SECRETARY OF LABOR. San Francisco, Aug. 4. The pres- enco of Secretary of Labor William B. Wilson, who was on the program to speak on the seaman's bill and other oth-er labor subjects, added special Interest Inter-est to today's session of the nineteenth nine-teenth annual convention of the International In-ternational Seaman'B Union of America, Amer-ica, the tlrst session of which was held here yesterday. More than 200 delegates are attending at-tending the convention, in addition to whom several hundred seamen now In port were expected to be present today to hear the secretary of labor, who took a leading part In the discussion dis-cussion of the seaman's bill while he was a member of congress from Pennsylvania, Penn-sylvania, The delegates represent a total membership of about 35,000 sailors, marine cooks and stewards.
