Show OGDEN MEN RENDER AID TO WRECKED auto in Three men, two women and two children in an automobile went over the bank into the creek in Parley's canyon about a mile below the Halfway Half-way house, shortly hfore 8 o'clock last night and escaped without Injury. In-jury. The automobile was wrecked. The party included Charles Wright and Mr and Mrs. 'illiam Wright and their two small children. Mrs Wright, the mother of the men, and a Mr. Buck, all of Park City. They were returning from an automobile tour of Idaho Charles Wright was driving and was confused by the head lights of an automobile that passed them on the dugway. The members of the party were all drenched, but climbed from under the crippled machine and were standing by the roadside when another auto drove up a few minutes later. It was driven by Virgin P. Cain, salesman sales-man for the Goddard Pickle company, and with him was J. L Sampson, salesman for the Georgp A. Low e company, both of Ogden Mr Lain and Mr Sampson were on their wav from Park City. They turned around and took the members of the stranded strand-ed party to the Half-way house, making mak-ing two trips and from there the rocnil nirv tnlfinlinncrl tn IVit-U Pit i' for an automobile. Mr Cain said last night that it was hard to understand under-stand how at least some of the persons per-sons in the automobile were not either ei-ther seriously hurt or killed. |
