ASKS TO BE MADE IHE GUARDIAN OF CHILDREN In the matter of the estate and guardianship of Iline and Bernard McNulty, minors, Mrs. Mary Breen, an aunt, has petitioned the district court that she be appointed guardian. Mrs. Breen relates in her petition that both pareuts of the children have been dead a number or years, and that since their death she has had the care and custody of the minors She also states that the children have real estate interests amounting to about $7500 which require the attention atten-tion of a mature mind. The children join in the petition for the appointment appoint-ment of their aunt as guardian. oo
