In the matter of the estate of John T. Ballantyne, deceased. Notice is hereby given that Harrl son B. Child as the administrator of the estate of John T. Ballantyne, deceased, de-ceased, has filed in said court his petition for nn order of said court authorizing au-thorizing hl"i to borrow tho sum of $6600.00, for a term not exceeding five vcars, at a rate of Interest not exceeding eight per cent per annum, and aa such administrator to execute a promissory note therefor, and secure se-cure the payment thereof by mortgage mort-gage upon the following described property of said estate situated In Webor county. State of Utah, to-wlt: The northwest quarter of the northeast north-east quarter or Section 13, In Township Town-ship E north, Range 2 west of the Salt Lake Meridian, United Stat-s Survey; and a part of the southeast quarter of Section 12. in said Town-shin Town-shin ?nd Range, beginning at the southwest south-west corner of snld quarter section, and running thence north 4 minutes cast 98.06 feet along the quarter section sec-tion line, thence north 89 degrees 10 minutes east 1332 i) feet, thence south 4 minutes west 98. 06 feet, thence south 89 decreets 10 minutes west 1332 5 feet to the hoglnnlug; also, the southwest south-west quarter of tho southeast quarter of Section 11, In said Township and Rango; also. 35 shares of the capital stock of tho Dals and Weber Counties Coun-ties Canal company. And said court has made ite order requiring all persons Interested to appear before said court. In the division divi-sion thereof over which the Honorable r. A Howell presides, at the County Courthouse, in Ogden City Weber County, Utah, on Tuesday the 10th day ot November, 1914. at the hour of 10 o'clock a m. of said day, then ! and there to show cause, If any ex-. ex-. isfs, why said administrator should not be authorized to borrow said sum of money, execute said note, and mortgage said property, or such part thereof as may be necessary, as prayed in his petition.
