OCR Text	Show MARIE LUDWIG SUES FOR DIVORCE FORM J. M, LUDWIG Mario Ludwig has commenced divorce di-vorce proceedings in the district court against Joseph M. Ludwig, alleging failure to provide the necessities of life for herself and four children. Mrs. Ludwig married the defendant September 7, 1910, and states that for some time past he has failed to provide for her. She asks for divorce, costs of suit and attorney fees, and ?50 a month alimony. The plaintiff asks that the defendant defend-ant be restrained from disposing of any of his earnings pending the action and to this end Judge Harris has issued is-sued an order that Mr. Ludwig shall appear in court February 6 and show cause why he should not be restrained.
