Show EGGLES EST1TE HAS LARGE SUM FDR STATE TAX The inheritance tax which will be naid to Utah out of the etate of David Eccls will amount to approximately approxi-mately 1300,000. This has been determined de-termined by the final estimate of the board of appraisers named by the court to approximate the valuation of the property of the estate subject to Inheritance tax. The board of appraisers which is now formulating its final report of the value of the nronerlv nnri sienirltlen held hv the estate, has announced that the propertv subject to -the pro-Msions pro-Msions of the InherlLince lax law is about Sfi.000,000 In alue The state under tho Inheritance tax law, will receive r. per cent ol thlfl amount, lor approximately S300.000. The Eccles inheritance tax will be tbe largest er received by the state from a single estate, with the exception excep-tion of tho Harrlman tax, which amounted to 1798,000. Tho heirs to the Eccles fortune have not yet had the opportunity to dispute the accuracy ac-curacy of the figures made by the hoard o appraisers, but It is understood under-stood that the heirs have shown a disposition to see to it that the state J secures Its just proportion of the es tate.
