She then related the story of the plot, but sought to Implicate Mrs. Coleman rather than Coleman The case, which has been on trial for the past several days, was not completed and will be taken up Mgaln at 10 o'clock tomorrow morn- 1 . ing This morning the plaintiff called a number of witnesses In rebuttal among them being the plaintiff, Mrs Coleman, and her alleged accomplice In wrongdoing, F J I'tahart. Both denied the statement of the defendant that they were in a compromising com-promising position In Mrs. Colemans) room at the Eldora rooming house on the night of September 28. 1913 or that they had ever had improper re latlons.
