| Show YOUNG BACK AT SCHOOL daniel RaB mussen a paroled prisoner of the industrial school was arrested in butte saturday and returned to the school tuesday by assistant su perin kne ass ho left the state several weeks ago and with a gang of youngsters perpetrated a series of robberies in butte that landed him in jail about two months ago harry S joseph ona of the trustees of the in school and a deputy sheriff visited the boys home in salt lake city for the purpose of taking him in custody and returning him to 1 the school and the lads mother threw hot water upon them so that they were compelled to retire tho baoy however had gotten away two years ago he was paroled dfora the industrial school during his parole it is said that he was the leader of a gang of hoodlums two of whom have been sent to the state school and who gave the police a great dea of trouble after he fled the officers kept on his trail but he eluded them at fo catello a young man was arrested who bore a striking resemblance to him but who was liberated when abo officers went after him three weeks ago young was arrested in butte for some nu demeanor and wag convicted he ap pealed from the decision of the court alleging that he was a minor ahlo in salt lake he claimed to be 22 years of age officers of the industrial school were notified and one 0 them went to butte after the bov arriving there wednesday he brought him back to the institution where the officers propose to keep him until life is of age jn this connection officers of the state industrial school as also of the juvenile court want it understood that when inmates of the institution are paroled that they as all good citizens will help the boy or girl paroled in every way to become a good citizen but that if they violate their parole they will have to suffer tho penalty and that no expense upon the part of the state will be spared to return them to that |
